Production Tracking System (JCB)

The project addressed critical manufacturing inefficiencies caused by manual tracking, fragmented visibility, and delayed decision-making across the production line. As a Senior Product Designer, I designed a real-time production monitoring system that transformed complex factory data into clear, actionable insights for operators and managers. The solution centralized production tracking, build progress, inventory visibility, and alerting into a single dashboard experience, enabling faster identification of bottlenecks and more efficient operational decision-making.
